Our amazing bodies are designed to nurture the baby from seed to birth, and our heavenly vaginas blossom out and bring forth life's most valued treasure. Leaving all the idealism and feminism aside, it is just plain MORE DANGEROUS to have a Cesarian instead of a natural birth. Many more women die and suffer complications from the surgery than from birth.It is also more dangerous for the baby, as they do not get the proper "squeeze" to their lungs, and they have more respiratory problems, more anesthesia related problems, and can suffer cuts that require stitches and leave scars. That is why most women don't choose elective Cesarians, and Cesarians are still only done for a medical reason when vaginal birth is more dangerous for the mother or baby than a Cesarian.
