I remember you mentioned it not safe to exercise in the first 3 months postpartum because of the stomach can get hernia and tears to the muscles
but is it ok to do exercises like tush exercises or hands strengethening exercises like: squeeze the butt or squeeze the hands biceps and hold them backward to strengethen them I just want to make sure all these exercises dont' involve the abdomen area
