Your white blood cell count is normal (leuk)although a little on the low side, but nothing to worry about. Your MCH is the weight of the hemoglobin in the red blood cell, and is a little low, probably due to a mild anemia, which is not uncommon in pregnancy. Nothing to worry, if your hemoglobin is over 10.5. The leukocytes in the urine are probably due to discharge from the vagina that contaminated the urine sample. If your urine culture was normal, then it is OK. Next time you check for urine make sure you wash first and take the middle stream of the urine.
