During the day When awake in summer time - spend time put side but close to potty, by the way in the USA it's a felony to pee in Public, so you can get one of those folding potties, you open put a bag then dispose - it's actually great for road trips too. And as for your last message, not a good idea to train her just before moving, they have set backs due to changes, just a thought.
