i think you should see your doctor or a lactation consultant . from experience with my last darling, mastitis should not be played around with and better to check things out unnecessarily than to let a low grade infection fester without taking care of it properly. you might need an antibiotic and even if you don't normally take medications, if your condition indicates it i recommend that you take the antibiotic without delay. if you do have mastitis, make sure you are getting rest and taking care of yourself. im not very good at that and wound up needing two rounds of antibiotic and then relapsed a month later until i got my act together!
