OT recipe for easy easy chicken for Erev Pesach!

its looooong time but its as easy as throwing stuff in the pot and forget about it until its ready to eat that easy! give to Odeta Scwartz, lol
anyway: parted chiken onions alot garlic like half bulb water
a big pot: put cut onions and halved garlic teeth, like 9 or 10 add the parted chiken, put 1/4 cup water salt and pepper cover. cook on smal fire for 3 hours yummm
in a seperate pot you can make brown rice: every 1/4 cup rice is becomong 1/2 plate when cooked. so cover the rice to 3 fingers above the rice add 1 big spoon of oil, and cook on low fire for half hour to 1 hour check the rice if its soft and all water is almost gone its ready. if the water is almost gone and rice isn't soft enough, add more water
