Hope the "pina" is still open - vitamins confusion

I read Tova's aricles and tries the "manoa" with limitaed success (maybe b/c of the english). I am still very confused about the issue of giving baby vitamin drops. Yonatan is almost 3.5 months and is exclucively nursing. He weighs about 8 kgs. I take prenatal (natachew) but not very regularly and I did not take any in the first couple of months right after the birth. Here in the US no-one really told me to give baby vitamin drops. Once I asked about it (after reading here in the forum), the pediatrician sugested I give a multi-vitamin. My questions are: (1) Could Yonatan be getting too much if I give him the multi vitamin while I am taking the prenatal? (2) Shoud there be a change regarding vitamins if and when we switch to "tamal" several times a day ? The multivitamin contains the following and indicates it is 100% of the daily need of these substances for infants: A-1500 IU; C- 35mg; D- 400 IU; E-5IU; Thiamin 0.5mg; Riboflavin 0.6mg; Niacin 8mg; B6- 0.4 mg; B12-2 (not mg but that smaller unit - i forget the name from chemistry lessons). .Thank you, and sorry this message turned out a bit long and detailed
